Get Me Into Bournemouth!
It's been more than five years since we last organised our own line dance break and we have finally decided to do it again. We've historically taken Hills 'n' Toes on the road to Eastbourne and Margate - now we're off to Bournemouth in April!
Here's the Plan!
- Separate beginner & intermediate workshops - morning & afternoon sessions, with Hills 'n' Toes Team.
- Three nights at your request line dancing.
- Special party night on Saturday featuring Paul Bailey and "celebrities". (Your opportunity for fame!)
- Costume spot prizes.
- Hills' surprise extra-curricular activities on Sunday evening. (Only she knows what they are...)
We're very pleased to have secured Paul Bailey as our guest on the Saturday night. Paul wrote - and performs - the song "Baby Jane", the popular improver line dance of the same name choreographed by Gaye Teather. You can access Paul's website here.

We will have exclusive use of the magnificent New Forest Suite - a fully air-conditioned ballroom with a large permanent wooden dance floor, its own bar and an area away from the dance floor that comfortably seats well over 100. The food is excellent (Hills and Paul have dined at the Hotel). Dinner (three-course) is chosen from a carefully selected menu under the jurisdiction of the head-chef of 26 years' residence and is served Silver Service. The buffet-style full-English breakfast is complemented by cereals, juices, fruits, etc. All floors of the Hotel are served by lifts and every room has television, telephone, hair-dryer, complementary toiletries and tea & coffee courtesy tray. There is also a Games Room, which holds pool and table tennis tables.

Occupying a pleasant quiet location amidst the tall pines and gardens that dominate the East Cliff, The Heathlands - set in its own gardens with ample on-site parking - is a short walk to the cliff top and zig-zag path that leads down to a seven mile stretch of fine sandy beaches and the sparkling blue waters of Bournemouth Bay.
