Saturday 29 ~ Monday 31 August (Bank Holiday) 2009 — Hills ‘n’ Toes – a.k.a. Hills & Paul, ably assisted by Ang and Gary – hosted a sensational three days of line dancing for Oakleigh Fairs in the glorious sunshine at Hainault Forest Country Park, Essex, over the August Bank Holiday weekend. Live pop vocals were provided by David Worrall, whilst Canadian Tara Henton sang country. The main attraction was Hills mowing the lawn, while attempting to teach “The Grass Between My Toes”! Once the lawn mower blew up, Hillary moved swiftly on to “Smokey Places”! Hills taught “Feelin’ Kinda Lonely” and Barbara Lowe taught “Sailor’s Hornpipe” to the onlooking public. |
