Zumba^®

We are pleased to announce that we have been invited to take over an existing Zumba^® Fitness class starting Wednesday 22 February at Romford & Gidea Park R.F.C. from 7:00 to 8:00 pm. We look forward to meeting new and existing clients. Please see below for further details.

We currently run Zumba^® Fitness classes on Mondays from 7:30 to 8:30 pm and on Tuesdays from 6:45 to 7:45 pm at the RUSSC.

You may also be interested in our lower-impact Zumba^® Gold class, on Thursdays, from 6:45 to 7:45 pm - also at the RUSSC. Further details are below.

Zumba^® (Spanish slang for "to move fast and have fun") is one of the fastest-growing dance-based fitness crazes in the Country, combining infectious Latin music and easy-to-follow dance moves.

No experience is necessary - feel the beat; join the party!

Start with the basics and enjoy a high-energy one-hour exercise programme, instructed and demonstrated by qualified dance teachers Hillary Kurt-Webster, AISTD and Angela Ottley, AISTD. Additionally, Susie Gurnett makes up our trio of licensed instructors. Join the Zumba^® Fitness party!

Zumba^® Gold is a lower-impact class aimed at the beginner, or older - or de-conditioned - participant. To suit all ages!

We recommend wearing comfortable footwear such as trainers/sneakers, etc., and loose clothing - be cool!

Please try to arrive 10 minutes or so before your designated class time to ensure your place for that session.
